International policy:

After credit-approval/payment confirmation, the product will be ready to ship in 7-14 business days. service orders are delivered and shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

 

Domestic policy:

After credit approval/payment confirmation and also after getting final approval from the buyer/customer, if applicable, the service-outcome will be ready to ship in between 7-14 business days. Delivery can take up to 15 business days depending on where you live.

The shipping cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to the application of any discounts or promotions.

 

JW Gilbert Books provides full support customer service. Orders placed before Noon on West Coast, Pacific Standard Time (PST), will ship out within 3 business days by USPS (unless the Post Office is closed for a US federal holiday - see postal holidays below). JW Gilbert Books' business days are currently Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
